Campaign tags

Tags are short labels on your campaigns, such as Q4 push, Germany or Client A. The campaign list filters by them, and you can add or remove a tag on many campaigns in one step. A campaign keeps up to 30 tags of up to 40 characters. Tags only label campaigns: they never send anything, change a setting or pause a campaign.

Tags belong to your workspace. Everyone in it sees the same tags, and nobody outside it sees them.

In the app

• One campaign: on Campaigns, point at a campaign's row and click + Tag under its name. Pick a tag you already use or type a new one. Click the small x on a tag to take it off. The campaign page shows the same tags next to its name.
• Many campaigns: tick the campaigns, then click Tags in the selection bar. Pick a tag or type a new one to add it to all of them, or pick one under Remove from the selected campaigns.
• Filter: click All tags next to the folders. Pick one or more tags (a campaign must carry every one), or No tags for campaigns without a tag.

A tag that differs from one you already use only in upper and lower case takes the existing spelling, so uk and UK never both appear.

The numbers in the list

Each row shows the numbers of the campaign page and Analytics, counted the same way:

• Sent: every email sent, all steps counted, and below it how many went out today (UTC, like the Analytics chart).
• Human replies: people who replied in person, without out of office and other automatic replies, with the reply rate of the people contacted.
• Positive and Bounced: people, with their rate.
• Leads left: people still in the sequence, who get more emails unless they reply or something stops them.
• Progress: emails sent of all emails planned for every step.

The gear next to the search shows or hides columns.

List only tagged campaigns: GET /api/v1/campaigns?tag=Q4%20push&tag=Germany (every tag must match) or ?untagged=true. Every campaign in the list carries tags, emails_sent, emails_sent_today, human_reply_count and leads_left.

In AI assistants

In Claude and ChatGPT the tools are argorant_list_campaign_tags and argorant_tag_campaigns, and argorant_list_campaigns takes tags and untagged.
